Students then use the STEAM classroom resources as a MakerSpace. Lessons are as hands-on as possible and students are encouraged to use the skills learnt to create things and learn the how and why of how things work. Lessons cover Science through experiments, research and discussion. Students from grade Prep to 2 have a one-hour lesson each week and grade 3-6 students get a two-hour session in the STEAM classroom.
